Light and Simply Stewed
A wonderful and easy recipe that tastes fabulous. You can also add a couple of slices of fried tofu or tempeh for a richer flavor. Wonderful at this time of year as things begin to settle down and cooler weather is around the corner. This dish is gently strengthening, warming and relaxing.Enjoy! Love Chef Mel xx
