Tangy Cabbage

This is another super easy dish that you can whip up in a few minutes. It has a marvelous mix of flavors that sparkle on the palate. Great for feeling uplifted and sprightly and to stimulate the the digestion and immune.

Tangy Cabbage


1/4 section of a round cabbage finely sliced
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
2 teaspoons olive oil
Pinch sea salt
2-3 tablespoons sauerkraut
1/2 cup spring water


Add enough water to cover the bottom of a pan.
Place the cabbage on top.
Season with the salt and olive oil.
Bring to a boil on a medium flame.
Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Add the sauerkraut and ginger and mix gently.
Serve garnished with parsley.
